Most “wash and go” outfits treat every car the same — a quick rinse, a wipe down, out the door. That’s not detailing.
We started Ceramic Care Ltd to work one car at a time: take the interior apart properly, and don’t rush the paint. If a car needs more time, it gets more time.

Do I need to book ahead?
Yes — call or email and we'll find a time that works. We don't take walk-ins.
How long does a full detail take?
Most full details run half a day; interior-only or exterior-only jobs are quicker. We'll give you a time when you book.
Do you come to me, or do I drop the car off?
We come to you — home, work, wherever the car is parked, anywhere in Auckland. We bring our own water and power, so there's nothing you need to set up.
Do I need a driveway or a water and power supply?
No — we carry our own water tank and generator, so a car park, a driveway or the street outside your work all work fine.
Can I add the extras to any package?
Yes — pet hair removal, clay-bar, leather conditioning, engine bay, headlight restoration and hand wax & seal can all be added to interior, exterior or a full detail.
What if my car needs something that isn't listed here?
Tell us when you call or email. We'll take a look and quote it properly rather than guess over the phone.
